Videos don't load on PC browser

Hi. I'm waiting for my Meta Quest 3 to arrive and just subscribed to SLR. However, none of the videos load on my PC browser (Chrome). Is this normal or how do I fix it? On PC, it's just a black screen with no video. On my phone, there's an error that says "unable to load due to connection problems."

I wanted to look at some of the videos before my quest arrives.

Should work, even when not logged in I'm able to watch the trailers.
Can you go to your profile and subscription? If so then maybe some xxx filter on your side?
You can maybe try connecting with a vpn?

JordanSLR I don't have any other Internet connections. I tried with mobile data on my phone and I get the same error. :/

I also tried Brave browser on my phone and same problem.

Edit: I just tried the Microsoft Edge browser on my PC and the videos work. It just doesn't work on Chrome for some reason. That's weird.. how can I fix it on Chrome though.. :/

Thanks for your help everyone. I figured out my problem. Apparently, one of my Chrome extensions was blocking the videos. It was Pocket Universe, which makes no sense (it's not supposed to block videos). But after I disabled it, the videos load now. I contacted Pocket Universe and they're confused too.

(As for mobile, it still doesn't work. Maybe my phone just can't handle big resolutions.)

Anyway, my problem is resolved now (other than on mobile)
