Philip Still no go. I cleared cache in FF options and also tried with CCleaner. Also tried using MS Edge browser and nothing.
Even right clicking on the file there is no option to save file or anything. Its like there is nothing there.

      Rakly3 a reddit post initially directed me to the page but I just looked again and the reddit post seems to be gone now or I just can't find it. I have the video added to my collection now.

        Rakly3 I checked the DL's on the first link and they still don't work for me. It does show "Processing" beside the PS4 Pro. None of the file versions will start the download for me.

            erniescar69 The PS Pro version isn't there, that's correct. But the others should work.

            Copy the URL from my previous post.
            Close ALL your browser windows.
            Open a Chromium based browser (that includes Edge)
            press Ctrl+shift+N
            (In case you are prompted to load any of your extensions, don't load any of them.)
            Go to SLR website and log in
            Paste the URL in the address bar and see if downloads work.

                Rakly3 ok did that and still no go for any dl option in edge. I also tried turning on my vpn and chose a US server. And I tried a private browsing window in FF and no go there either.

                    Looks like there is something going on, maybe I'm just a bit early to the party. I'm patient and have no problem waiting for the video to go live on the front page. I'll try again when it does.

                    Rakly3 still no go for any file. I tried with FF and Edge browsers with vpn on US and Canada servers, also with the vpn off.
                    I see another person posted a comment that the d/l's won't work for them either.
                    I use FDM with an extension in FF to download most files. Clicking on the any of the file options does nothing, it does not trigger a dialogue box or download confirmation popup.

                        erniescar69 For me it was working after they fixed it. I use vanilla Firefox V82.0.1 64-bit and only refreshing the page with F5 helped

                            Samsonite121 Hmmm...I don't know what is going on. I have tried private windows in FF (82.0.2) and edge, disabling FDM, ctrl+F5, ctrl+r and nothing works.

                              I'm in Canada with a 25Mbit connection, just ran a speedtest - LA-2 server, Latency 260ms, streaming 17.9Mbps, and parallel streaming 24.3Mbps

                                    Rakly3 No external firewalls, not sure what a pi-hole is. I am able to download every other file on the site so that leads me to think the issue has something to do with this video on the SLR server side. The video is still not shown on the front page or even listed in the "trans" category which suggests to me that it is not actually live or available for DL.

                                    I tried setting my VPN to servers in Canada, USA, Germany, UK and France and still nothing. I've been clearing the cache, ctrl+F5, trying every browser and nothing works.

                                        erniescar69 Def this. I cant see the video posted anywhere on the site without a direct link to it. No download links work and when I go to stream it I still get the trailer not the full video.
