  • Unable To Sign Up For a Lifetime Subscription

I have a subscription until November 29th. How do I take advantage of the lifetime subscription? There is no option to upgrade. Do I cancel? Then will the lifetime subscription be available on the 29th or 30th? I basically want to take advantage of that without canceling. I pay and then just roll me into the lifetime for 299.99. Thanks.

                Hello - I have the same problem submitted query to support and no response - have checked junk folder too. What can I do pls? My renewal was recently taken for year so I just want to pay the difference rather than pay for annual + the Black Friday lifetime. Pls can you help? I don’t want to miss the offer deadline.                     Pardon me im having the same problem except i already have the money required in my account but it keeps redirecting me to input my credit card whereas last time it just used my balence. I would like to buy it before the black friday deal ends, please help.
