Acct locked and NO RESPONSES. 1 year subscription

I've sent multiple messages for over a week, including multiple password reset requests with nothing sent back to me.

I really need a response or my cc company will complete a charge back. Request # 51931

My first ticket sent in that never got a response also had another question.

Out of nowhere the app is incredibly shaky. And controller has changed to a gamepad instead of touch controllers.

How do I correct both issues?
