doublevr I can tell you from experience that headed sleeves is way cooler than twist.
If you guys are thinking of adding twist then I assume you are encasing the sleeves. If so then heating the sleeves is a lot easier than twisting them.
For twist you are going to have to put a motor on the top that turns the case with the sleeve for something that you can't even tell is happening.
For heat all you have to do is put a thin heat pad inside the case. Much easier, cheaper and you can tell the difference.

    Best thing would be a cleaning station like modern shavers have

        It would be incredible to have a device that simulates multiple points of contact (like 2 hands, or 1 hand and 1 mouth, etc....) with tech that is inspired by "pin art boards". Likely too complex to do...

        jambavant thx. It's expected much better than that with ongoing improvements and factory manufacturing factor. The secret souce is in backend and firmware.
