Bro I was going to post this long comment about the handy but... I'm sure the next step would be adding a voice right? "Handy Voice" I mentioned this in another post with examples how voice would work, bro this thing can practically become your gf, partner or what ever one wants to call it for them selves, AI slave 🤷‍♂️
It can watch vr with you, but it can be turnt off, lol I wouldn't want it interrupting me during fap session...

Would adding voice be the next step? I can see that being a device at sum point, and years from now add handy to all kinds of devices. Sex dolls, handy available as an app in your smart car, they have ai apps that have ai girlfriends, some apps you can pay for a more girlfriend experience, only thing missing in the apps is the handy, they have a voice but no handy, handy has no voice.

Do these ai girlfriend apps connect to a handy? That be cool too I bet!

I have a SR6 and maybe out of all the things it can do, I would say the twist is the one I don't notice at all.
I think the biggest movement that is a game changer is the forward and back motion. Those 2 movements combined (up,down and forward,backwards) you can almost do everything.

It's not as safe as it could be, and a lot of people use it with the motor right under their cock, so if (when) they slip out of the sleeve, they get hurt. Part of the problem is the design doesn't give enough motion when used correctly, because the base of the unit is in the way - this can be solved with a sleeve extension.

The Handy works best and safest when hands-free so users have to concoct their own solutions to this.

I would also like some kind of auto sync delay detection feature, not sure how this would work but having to figure out the sync delay is really difficult on the Handy (and probably all sex toys).

The simplicity of the design makes it relatively small, reliable, easy to clean and cost effective, but a new toy could take the basic principles and make something safer and better for hands-free - probably at the sacrifice of cost.

the strap that is attached to sleeve is annoying. Easier way to attach and remove sleeve.
I feel like the size of the handy is too bulky
make it easier to hold or comes with a mount set
sync delay is confusing

rerun119 I have a handy and a funssr1 so I wouldn't know. Just would like a toy that spices it up a bit, but maybe twise isn't the thing? I think forward and backward movement are some tricky things to put in a toy though. But yeah, definitely would be more interesting if possible

Keon is missing battery durability, the life span is awful and over time they degrade down to one use per charge.
Already been mentioned but its mount is pretty awful/bad and you have to further customise it for it to be a proper mount, for what it is it's actually not that bad but when you factor in its price it is genuinely awful.

If you're fishing for ideas related to the toy slr were making then i'd say don't sacrifice functionality and durability for cosmetic size and design, i'm wearing a vr headset and hate passthrough; i can't even see the toy when i'm using it so i really dgaf what it looks like and if it's standing on its own without me having to touch it ever then i really don't care about it being bulky either.

I doubt i'm in the minority for this where i really don't care if it was as big as twice the size of a keon if it offered durability and reliability power wise, could stand on its own and if possible was quieter.

Vrsumo2017 That wouldn't be a toy though, that would be an app. The toy would just need support for streaming movement commands from the app. It's kinda fun thinking about how AI will fit in this kinda thing in the future though.

I think we are still a ways of from something like this, but yeah, in the not so distant future we probably will have talking ai avatars that can control your sex toys. I mean, all the tech is basically already available in some form or another but mostly proprietary, from different companies or in research stage and most importantly almost always heavily censored.

But, you know, I think probably 1 or 2 years from now we have all the open source variants that can be finetuned by the community or companies like SLR to handle NSFW and then we will start to see crazy new stuff like that. For instance, an AI avatar that does JOI lol. Like mix in some computer vision that can "see" through your webcam and we basically get some rudimentary form of virtual cam girls that can control you sex toy. And a privacy nightmare lol. Will be a gradual progress no doubt but the future sure is gonna be crazy.

Vrsumo2017 well currently all that tech wouldnt fit on multiple 4090s let alone embedding it on a iot device (if you want something like advanced voice like interaction and it to understand what's going on). Just think it's a fun thought experiment at this point on how ai might shake things up in the future. Also I personally don't know if a talking handy is something I'd enjoy. I just think it will be crazy when we get the AI avatars that start to connect with all kinds of things and it will be interesting to see what kind of products that will deliver.
