I also submitted a ticket for this issue via the contact webpage but didn't get a confirmation that it went through so I'm posting here just incase. About 2 hours ago I tried to subscribe for the yearly premium account with scripts and used PayPal to pay, and the amount of 120 euros was deducted from my account. However, I was met with a transaction failed message on the SLR website after the payment had gone through and been confirmed by PayPal. I'm now 120 euros poorer and haven't got anything to show for it! I'd like to have my subscription confirmed by SLR and my premium account with scripts activated or at the very least I'd like a refund so that I can try again. I'd be happy to provide details on the transaction if someone who can help gets in touch with me.
