VRhythm - PMVs / Expansion, Adult Games, new director of SLR original content

VRhythm here,
Earlier today I had about an hour long video chat with doubleVR, aka SLR CEO.
I’m thrilled to say that everything we discussed is nothing short of a win across the board. There are no half-measures, no “this could’ve been better” moments—just pure, exciting progress.

Here’s a breakdown of the key topics we covered:

1) PMVs / Expansion
2) VR Adult Video Games
3) Directing SLR Original Scenes

1) PMVs / EXPANSION
Most of you know myself for my VR PMVs. If you do not care for PMVs, that's fine, as much of this news goes beyond that as well. SLR has trusted myself to post my PMVs on other platforms. Now, if you are reading this it's fair to assume that you likely have an SLR account. So this in and of itself may not mean to much...except that it does. Being on more platforms will bring in more money, which means access to more assets, and the ability to actually license GOOD music, and not have to rely solely on royalty free music. It is my end goal for VRhythm to be viewed as the main hub for VR PMVs. A studio that is trusted to combine the work of all major VR Porn studios in my PMVs. Currently we have both SLR and Swallowbay on board. As this picks up, I have every confidence that more big named studios will follow.

(Note: Everything I will be expressing here reflects my personal vision. I understand that not everyone will share my opinions, and I’m okay with that. I won’t be following anyone else’s template or agenda—this won’t be the Disney+ treatment. I don't think anything great was ever made that did not involve risk. I have bold ideas, and I believe in them. Hopefully, you will too.)

2) VR ADULT VIDEO GAMES
My thoughts on current VR Adult Games is that (in my opinion) they all fucking suck. I do not even consider them games for the most part and they are barely even porn. You can tell the models have no idea wtf is going on. They are mostly just normal scenes with a slightly different way to scene select. There’s no passion or real creativity behind them.

With my background in both adult gaming and VR, I see a different path. What I envision is a real game—where you can explore environments, make meaningful choices, and interact with characters in ways that affect the outcome.

It would be an actual game. You will be able to move around in your environment, go through different rooms, pick things up, interact or not interact with certain people. Your choices will change how the game progresses.
There will be early on instant gratification to wet your wick, but not with every girl, not with every position, and not in every scenario. You will have objectives that increase your strength, intelligence, charm, etc., all of which will be necessarily to unlock scenes and content.

You will be faced with scenarios which require choices:
ex1. Two girls are talking to you and ask you what some of your interests are. You will have a number of choices to respond. Let's say one of the choices is Heavy Metal Music, this will impress the big titty goth girl, earning you more affection from her, but will not help with the neighbourhood virgin girl who you have had a crush on for years. (TL;DR your choices will be more attractive to some than others).

ex2. You are on a date with a girl in the bar. Someone accidentally stumbles and pours the drink all over you. Do you:
A) Kick his fucking ass
B) Brush it off, its just beer
Each choice will lead to a different response depending on which girl you are with. Some may view kicking his ass as being strong and assertive. Some may view that as being an asshole who can't control his emotions.

The goal is immersion. Your choices will matter, and the game won’t be a linear experience. Expect a story, lots of wild encounters, and maybe even a few demon succubi along the way.

3) BEING A DIRECTOR FOR SLR ORIGINAL SCENES
(My direction for one off scenes may be very different than my direction for a VR Adult Game, at least in some respects).

Some people watch VR porn to experience something that feels real, or possible. Like a passthrough VR girlfriend on your bed. While that certainly can be enjoyable...it is a bit vanilla to me. I aim to create that which is either impossible or exceedingly unlikely to experience in real life.

ex1. Three big tit smoking hot succubi sucking the soul out of you through your dick. If you cum they own your soul and will fuck the hell out of you for eternity.

ex2. A genie appears and your wish is to not only fuck the genie, but to have a massive reverse gangbang of cum hungry spit drooling nympho sluts that crave your cock like it's oxygen.

What I want for my scenes:

Energetic, high-confidence performers

My reason for purchasing a subscription with SLR was largely driven by Porn Music Videos being a category on the site. Porn music videos, aside from a couple random ones uploaded on free sites, are very hard/impossible to find, especially on other paid VR sites.

While I was happy with the current type of PMVs being uploaded on SLR, the variety and different techniques shown in your uploads is greatly appreciated and enjoyed. With more studios to draw from, I can only look forward to your work.

I mostly agree with you on the state of VR Adult Games. Even non-VR adult games are usually pretty hit or miss, and adding a relatively new technology of VR only exacerbates that issue. The game you were describing sounds like it'd be interesting to play, with both instant gratification and long term gains. Along with different girls reacting to your actions in different ways, it even allows for replayability.

I have to say, your direction for original scenes I mostly agree with, but I'm a fan of creampies. But that's a small issue compared to the type of content you are looking to create.

Overall, I'm definitely looking forward to see what kind of stuff you're going to create. Especially the PMVs. Please keep those coming!

In regards to creameries, that was admittedly an inside joke that very very few people will know about. I grew up on Brazzers content, where nearly every scene is this big cumshot finish. So I do try to recreate those early day wanking memories. The game will definitely have some creampies, as the goal of that will be to satisfy a large variety of multiple choice and scenario.

Amazing your PMVs are getting better and better, it's very promising for the future to read all that.

It's true that there aren't many good VR porn games although there are two notable ones for me, even though one of them isn't really a porn game at the base but everyone is making sex with each other on it.

But where I completely agree on the idea, it's the scenarios, doing unrealistic things that we will never be able to do in our life.. adding special effects to a video, a futuristic scene, things that are in excess.

I really love the involvement you put into your work, it's obvious that you will succeed!

First of all, this rules! I love your content and am glad to see you get more room to play around on SLR and on other sites.

The only VR games I have played don't contain "real" models, just CGI models. Those were very fun, but they lacked the sort of RPG elements that you brought up here. Being able to incorporate those, with real pornstars, would be gamechanging.

As for the scene directing, you've hit the nail on the head for me. I really need energetic performers to get into the scene and the shyer girls (while very beautiful) can be a little stiff. Big tits, big ass, impossible scenarios -- all of your points are winners. (We need a lot more laying reverse cowgirls with big ass girls!!!) I'm already dreaming of crazy scenarios you could create. With your editing skills too, you could make some truly trippy and out of this world content.

I had an idea. On Vr Edging, sometimes a girl gives you a handjob while lying on your left. Most of the time the girl is on your right (I think this depends on left/right handedness of the girl).
Can you do a split screen where one girl is on your left and the other is on your right, making it look like an ffm scene? In other words, you combine two scenes into one.
Here's an example: Melody Marks is a leftie, while Agatha Vega is a rightie:

This could work really good in passthrough. This could also be great for an interactive project. You can change the girl on the right, then change the girl on the left. If you can flip the scenes on the vertical axis then you can put the girl on the right to your left and switch it up sometimes.

...that's good news about getting into SLRO production, it's all been very vanilla over there for some time. The editing on your last PMV was ridiculously on point, i'm now wondering what insanity you'd create if you're editing your own productions. VR is obviously all about the POV, but it's kinda subsumed the creativity, and all we get are basic linear subjective experiences as a result. Would be fascinating to watch something with some real substance, more cinematic, more depth. So much of that comes down to the editing, nobody edits their shit properly yet, so yeah, i think you have the potential to drag VR kicking and screaming towards a more interesting era.
