Sudden Streaming Problem

I’m premium member using Oculus Go for SLR App. More than a month ago, all of a sudden every single video I try to stream basically opens to the first frame or two of the video, then just gets stuck and more less strobes the first image of the video over and over (so essentially just the video title flashing on the screen with player stuck at 0:00. I’ve tried rebooting the Oculus, logging out & back in to SLR, etc but don’t have any idea how to fix this issue. PLEASE HELP!! Thank you so much, any information is greatly appreciated!!!

Hi, its not a connection issue. I am also on Oculus Go and none of the videos work on SLR site. It starts to stream only 2 seconds then repeats. No matter if you fast forward it resets to the 1st 2 seconds over and over again. The only way to play them is if I use DeoVR. However, its frustrating as the categories on SLR is not mirrored in DeoVR so finding the videos you like is a nightmare. This has been going on for weeks now and I thought it would have been resolved by now.

First of all, we must make sure that the network and DNS server are working correctly.
The second - you need to make sure that the devices work properly.
Sometimes the issue is solved by updating the software. But we cannot be sure of that.
