I have an annual subscription.
I read topics about not supporting some old models and other things, but where it is not said that pimax 8kx will also not work. I don't want to play roulette whether the helmet will work or not, give a clear answer whether this model should work? I don't want persuade to you to fix something. I see no reason to change one of the best models for the sake of your strange solutions, and I'm not going to use another software or download something. I subscribed for a very specific purpose - to watch online in the application that you had, I don't want to use any vr browsers. If the specified model does not work, give a clear answer how to get a full refund of my subscription
