Vrsumo2017 100% agree on that language thing, especially if English isn't their foreign language. I could understand keeping it English in the intro to setup the scene, but during sex if they say things or express themselves in their native tongue, it feels much more natural and I always enjoy it way more whether or not I speak their language. It brings a level of authenticity to what they're expressing.
An example of it is Black Friday Package by VirtualRealPorn. They begin the scene in English but during sex, they'll talk in Spanish to the viewer and each other. Sheila Ortega in particular is very good at dirty talking and can improvise, not just read scripts. In 18:40 while she's riding cowgirl, the male performer starts thrusting back hard from below and she smiles and teases him, "se activo el hombre", meaning "the man got activated". I love when they're in the moment and say things offscript like that because it's real. Even if I didn't speak Spanish, I would still know she was reacting to him in a real way. But if she had to stay in her limited English, she would most likely either not say anything at that moment or maybe say something very generic "yes harder harder. i like".
