This video has multiple perspective issues:

Before 3:03 it seems the video is in mono 2D. In DeoVR I have videos displaying as mono with the UI open, and during this opening section it looks the same with and without the UI open.
After the camera transition at 3:03, the left and right eye perspectives are swapped. I double-checked in HereSphere using the eye swap setting and the video looks correct with the swap on.

Vrixxens in the comments said the video was fixed yesterday, but I tested both the streaming version in DeoVR and a downloaded 8K hevc file today, and they both still have the issues.
