Recurring subscription transaction flagged and denied by CC

So my sub was due for renewal and the epoch transaction was flagged and denied by my CC. I called them and they told me everything is fine with the account. So I tried the transaction again and once again the transaction was unsuccessful. I tried a different card twice and both times it was unsuccessful. I tried using each of my CC's through Paypal and they were denied again. I then went to epoch, located my account and it was showing the subscription was cancelled, I reactivated it and then tried the transaction again and like before it was unsuccessful. Epoch shows the subscription is recurring and the next billing date is 2024-08-08. None of my payment attempts have gone through. WTH is going on? Is this an epoch issue?
