That's genius! I can't believe it hasn't been done before. It could start with sitting in public reading a book, then slowly passing out. It slowly goes dark in our headsets, and a few seconds later, waking up in a lying position as paramedics load the person into an ambulance. Then pass out again for about 30 seconds to a minute, then wake up in a moving ambulance with the siren blaring and an EKG sound effect. One of the paramedics is giving chest compressions and mouth-to-mouth... the action starts, all happening inside the ambulance. It could even be a BGG scene with two women paramedics.
