Poll regarding step-family scenarios

I voted Yes but that's more about the 'family' niche and not the step thing. Sadly I think that the content I want to see might make @HughMungus vomit. Step per-se does nothing for me because, well, there's nothing really taboo about it. 'Yay, I had sex with someone I'm not related to but am in a blended family with. It might be a bit awkward at dinner.' Not a turn-on (unless the scene itself is a turn-on in a non-themed way, which does happen, except that the constant repeating of 'step-whatever' in dialog really irritates me)._ For me at least, the turn-on is the idea that the participants know what they are doing is wrong but they do it anyway. It's the fantasy of giving in to your impulses and saying fuck the consequences. YMMV of course.

(Hopefully it also goes without saying that I wouldn't want to have sex with an actual relative in actual real life. Incest is almost always ill-advised, irrespective of legality.)

I can handle step in the title and maybe in dialog once at the start to satisfy the almighty censors. Though, as always and with feeling: fuck censorship and prudery of all kinds in absolute principle.

I like GFE videos and honestly there ain't many of them on here either. Not by the bigger studios anyways. There is a lot more step family videos than GFE or just My Wife videos.
I don't think more people like Step over GFE but I could be wrong. The GFE videos usually get big numbers

My thought is that, as with actual quality roleplays, the GFE requires a well thought out story and an actress that can actually act and willing to do such a thing. And that simply doesn't rhyme with mass produced mainstream porn. It's way easier to have a title that says 'Stepmom bangs better grades out of young stud' and have a 2 minute introduction where the actress will say something stupid like 'What the h... STEP-son. Another D minus. What's wrong with you? I don't know what to do other than fuck better grades out of you. Is that what you want... for your STEP-mom to fuck better grades out of you STEP-son' before the scene then just turns into a regular porn scene while spewing the same gringe lines as in any other porn scene.

As I see it's a cheap, simply and easy way for the content producers to try attract consumers that dig family roleplays while not really upsetting those who doesn't like it as there's no actual real roleplay anyway for 98% of the scene.

Real roleplays and GFEs on the other hand requires investment, time, money, creativity, etc. and as I see it, it simply doesn't fall within the frame work and business model of the current mainstream porn market.

Step-mom, step-sister, okay. Step-dad, not okay for mainstream.
