SLR App Hangs Checking for Updates

On launching SLR App from Windows it displays only the rotating circle as if it is waiting for server to respond (never gets to main menu).

On launching SLR app from button on top-right of videos within the site, app attempts to check for updates and fails, will not launch.

Was working fine a few hours earlier.

Update: I've uninstalled SLR app, downloaded again and reinstalled. When it first launches and checks for updates it times out after a few seconds. Clicking Retry button produces same result.

betamax Hey, sorry for inconvenience. Seems like a connection timeout, make sure there is no VPN or Firewall on the router or anything that could get in a way. Alternatively try accessing SLR from your phone to see if it's a local issue or Internet provider issue
