  • My Account was blocked. Can't sign in

When I subscribed, paypal flagged and blocked the transaction. I had to reach out to paypal customer support (awkward heh) and whitelist it, then reach out to SLR's payment processor to ask them to re-run the transaction.
Fortunately I jumped on it quickly and my account didn't end up getting locked.

You may have to try a credit card, or other form of payment.

    Megas_SLR I tried to purchase one time and it automatically logged me off again. Says it is blocked again. Do I have to wait a certain amount of time to try to make the purchase again?

      Megas_SLR Also, I couldn't read you response because I never received an email for that ticket response. Do I have to submit another ticket?

        No need, the email just said that you'll have to wait 12 hours before attempting another purchase. I'll go ahead and unblock it again, definitely go by netcat's advice to have them re-run it for you tomorrow. Could be that the email is a bit late, I'll take a look tomorrow to see if everything's okay
