  • Glitches with DeoVR and Oculis Rift S

Hi,

I just started a month premium on SLR using an Ocukus Rift S with DeoVR and all the videos are glitching out like crazy. Mostly big pixels everywhere and skipping back and forth through the footage. Its a bit of a bummer as I feel I wasted a bit of money. The cam girls do show as intended, if they work at all. Which is like 20% of the time. Im sure its not my connection, as its very fast and I did the speed test.
Any tips on what I can do to get it to work or get my money back?
Any help is appreciated!

      Hi I installed the biggest codec pack from the link you send. SLR videos are still glitching out just like before. Is there anything I should do or can I get my money back?
      For what its worth Im using an AMD RX580 I think as a GPU. Should be equal to a GTX1060 or there abouts. I think I have 32GB of Ram and an 8core Ryzen processor. FWIW.

        Maybe Im missing something, but I dont see how I can attach images in your email form. Im also not aware how you can make screenshots in VR?

          Cyberbram2000 you can start the conversation, and once the ticket is raised, you can follow up with an email and include screenshots. As for screenshot capture, Oculus Link Dash menu has a screenshot option in the quick menu (on the right side of Dash)

            @Cyberbram2000 I haven't been a part of the email thread (if you guys already started one), but I wanted to let you know that this could be happening because Oculus Rift is a device discontinued by Oculus/Meta. We don't support it either, so just know we may not be able to fully assist you in getting it to run optimally
