Uploading scripts seems to be broken on my account

I uploaded a post about a week ago and the feature won't let me try again. It says my previous script is awaiting verification. I tried a different video script today and, several hours later, no notification one way or another.

Is there a long wait now, or is my account broken?

This feature has never worked for me. I upload scripts and nothing happens. I'm never able to use them or see them anywhere.

It was working last month. Confirmed that it appears to be broken now though.
