The main reason for a lifetime sub, for me, is to limit the chance of CC fraud and dealing with payment providers when you make regular payments to porn sites. I had my paypal account banned, and in another case had to call my bank to explain a transaction and that wasn't a fun convo And some sites are terrible at security. I get plenty of spam sent to emails only used when signing up to VR porn sites. It's just a shady fucking world and paying a one off amount is the safest option with zero future hassles.
SLR + scripts is my only sub. It's by far the best ecosystem, with the best options for scripts and passthrough, as well as the highest bitrates. As for content disappearing when scenes/studios are removed, that's why, even if you stream, you must download your favorite scenes.
