Poblo66 what's released just isn't up to par with professional studios

I disagree - 1. which 'professional studio' has Ellie Nova, DanDangler and Layla Jenner scenes? Sinatra Monroe, Angie Faith Kelsi Monroe. All here. Maybe you could say VRspy are decent but they are very similar to SLRO in terms of current casting and these scenes are aggregated here.

Which talent are you specifically missing. Who else? Maybe the talent pool has dried up, we often see no tits no ass girls week in week out over at wankz. The girls aren't as pretty. That isn't SLRO's fault is it.

The kind of girls that I figure many of the complainers are talking about from 2/3 years back if you are being objective on basing performers on looks.

  1. The talent pool that you are describing from 2-3 years, many of the stars simply don't do VR anymore it seems as we would have seen them on other sites. The fan favourites who still do VR still make appearances across all sites. Lexi Luna etc. If you go to POVR for instance, you regularly see the same complaints that are levelled here about talent. Generally the quality of girls we are seeing now are those that generally won't have massive presence on Onlyfans. The ones that do generally are pretty enough and will skip VR and promote self made content on Onlyfans which has had a detrimental effect on 2D porn as well. No-one really speaks about this, many just attack SLR.

  2. Image quality. Not one Professional Studio has been consistent over the last few years so attempting to make out like all the other studios are streets ahead of SLR is simply not correct.

  3. Storylines: - It is generic across the board now. It's the MacDonaldization of porn, started with tube sites and has infiltrated VR now.

  4. Tech they are still the best. They will be the first to market with 6DOF. All the other places aren't as slick on this side, they just wait for SLR to do something and then copy it, if it's successful.

  5. European girls are hot - just go to the red light area in Amsterdam and see for yourself. Pretty sure if porn paid well over there you would see some outstanding talent there but there must be a reason why sometimes you see 10 Europeans in one scene and I would guess that they are probably cheap to cast compare to their America counterparts. Alyssia Kent was a big fave of mine, but camming is more lucrative than porn for her.

I get frustrated sometimes, like when you like a performer and the studio do something like skip doggy when you are an ass man, but on the whole SLRO is still the best. No matter how you look at it.

      Dunno what sites you're watching but CzechVR and Wankz sites have had good image quality the last few years and both have been very consistent. In comparison SLRO image quality has been all over the place with all the different producers they've cycled through, the camera rig changes, and whatever their editors are doing. SLRO also used to release scenes with all sorts of glitches/technical problems that often had to be corrected with multiple new revisions. I think that has improved in recent times though.

          Hairsational Quality of the girls on both those two sites is low though unless you're into that. Apart from the regulars that are available on most of the other sites, the not so known names are not comparable to what the so called 'golden era' of 2/3 years many people are moaning about.

          I don't see much difference in the image quality when holistically looking back over the last few years. Even with the washed out colours, it seemed to me that this was more of an artistic styling on recent releases by Nash. I have noticed many Jav scenes have those sorts of colours too.

            Correct. Many Onlyfans models I written with say there's little point in paying jobs with a studio as they can make more on their own.

            On the other hand I written with stars on Onlyfans and ManyVids and some of them are actually interested in VR. However as they work on their own they hit a wall when they realise how hard VR is technically. It sad as these stars are literally POV virtual sex masters.

            Imho I would like to see SLR, POVR, etc. or anyone with technical expertise reach out to these stars. Offer them technical guidance on camera setup, software, how to shot VR correctly, etc. And then get them on your site exclusively - it could be pay per video as that's usually how they work - they get a cut, the site gets a cut.

            I think these stars could attract a whole new audience to VR and bring VR out of the samy samy pornstar vanilla porn scenes over and over.

                I think (or maybe I'm hoping) that Onlyfans with 50$ video stuff will eventually wear out rather than porn sites wearing out in the first place. People will have less and less money to spend for these girls.
                I don't think it's a coincidence that some top stars are also coming out from their retirement like Alexis Texas (albeit she only shot a couple of scenes) or Jessi Rogers. Surely they need to rely on mainstream porn to begin with to advertise themselves. If Onlyfans was so amazing long term, why would they still shoot mainstream porn once in a while? I hardly think they do it just to please fans of mainstream porn.

                But maybe that's just me hoping, could take 10 years from now on though before Onlyfans become more like PPV/VHS rental movies and mainstream porn subscription becomes Netflix equivalent again. VR being more and more important is also a thing, these girls can't shoot VR on these platforms, it needs some expertise that I hope will be more & more important.

It's just an add on option for us that like those type of videos you find on popular sites like ManyVids and get them into VR. It won't deduct from the current service that is SLR.

                  And never have I paid 50 euro for a scene. That said I rather pay $29.95 for a creative, immersive and well acted 1 hour 30 minute Sidney Harwin roleplay VR scene than sign up to a milfvr that spits out 4 autopilot scenes that are so boring I rather watch Tadpole for the comedic value.

                    alkory I doubt that will happen. I regularly write with a 'C list' pornstar and she stated that there's simply no point in filming for studios. She makes far more from tips, answering messages, audio/video calls, snapchat, customs, doing a liveshow from time to time, etc. than shooting scenes for studios. And she can do that from home for free. Shooting scenes requires booking flights, hotels, etc. So yeah it's not likely going to change. And she's not even an A list pornstar.

                    On top of that you have the 'whales'. Those types of people that will tip $200 dollars on one freaking picture or a 2 minutes audio call or 10 lines of text. Studios can't compete with that.

                    Another real culprit that equals Onlyfans, ManyVids, etc. but rarely gets mentioned is piracy. It has simply ruined mainstream porn and porn in general. My guess is that from every paid sub there's several pirates. I'm not trying to 'morale' here. It's just the reality.

I also wrote that I've written with several pornstars - from A tier to D tier if you can index them like that but they more or less say the same thing - that they can simply make more working from home answering messages, doing small personal audio/video replies and calls, liveshows, Snapchat GFE and the list goes on and on.

                            On top of that people tend to forget that shooting scenes requires booking flights, hotels, food expenses, etc. that you have to retract from what they earn for a scene. I read somewhere a scene for a pornstar is around $1000 - $1200. It might sound like a lot but remember that's 8 -12 hours work plus travel time and minus expenses as mentioned.

                            Not saying no one will do it. A star like Lexi Luna for example keeps shooting scenes and there are many others.

                            I can't predict the future of course so I don't know where it all ends.

                              I prefer to call them simps. The value exchange is so one-sided in those transactions.

                                Ive been here a few years. I used to get 1-2 videos a day that were exciting to me, now Im lucky if I get one a week. Big beautiful boobs were rare before, theyre even more rare now. Hell, I was cool with blake blossom and angela whatever and octavia red and theyre smaller than I prefer, but theyre really well shaped. There seems to be very little for me to watch now.

                                Its mostly the same 5 indie dudes who dont make content I like, studios with middling video quality, and chicks that are either sticks or falling a part a bit

                                Theres like 0 content outside of metart and some basement video guys doing anythere where we can just look at a womans body. Theres a whole host of content you can do there

                                Hell, add in 30 minutes of recording a woman actually stripping and posing for each sex shoot and you now have twice as many videos

                                Note - having the camera so close up that zooming out to see 50% of her body causes distortion, youre too close

                                If you need me to be more specific, I can write up a whole host of ideas if I actually think they'll be used

                                  Please make more BGG and BGGG content. I don't need creative new scene ideas, reshooting your old successful scenes with new talent would be just fine. Make sure the director knows to put the girls close to the camera (ala Nash, not Mack) and it'll be great!

                                    For me there has been quite a lot of changes, for better or for worse that affects how I see my subscription. So far, I'm still here but not by much.

                                    Like you said, the loss of huge studios with the best scenes like VRCosplayX, VRConk or VRBangers was a huge blow. Right now VREdging is one of the only studios keeping me here.

                                    One thing I noticed is we don't get free downloads of scripts even as subscribers. Only streaming. Which is a bit annoying. I used to save scripts of scenes I particularly like to study them and implement what I learn in my own.

                                    The video download limit doesn't affect me but it's still kinda shitty.

                                    I also tend to avoid passthrough scene on account of my headset not being able to do passthrough. If the girl is one of my favorites and the context excites me, I might give it a go or what for RenderPleasure to do it.

                                    No. My biggest enemy, and I've made it clear countless times, is the compliance stuff. Removing succubus, hypnosis, sleeping, etc scenes because of credit card companies was a huge blow FOR ME (So please get off my back). I'm a huge consumer of "reverse rape" (name of the genre, I'm not implying anything) content. Especially when monster girls such as succubi are involved or getting taken advantage of by a stepsister/mother figure/etc.

                                        What's weird is that manyvids releases 10+ videos of 'MommyRoleplay' and also 'Reluctant' or 'Stuck' videos are pushed out in high numbers and they being doing that for years now and yet they are still around and growing stronger every day. So it seemd payment processor reenforce their ruless differently.

                                          Fully agree with the script limit, 3 is crazy low.. I never hit the video limit either unless a studio is leaving.

                                          Compliance I completely understand from SLR, they are creating value overtime with their library. Making sure the content fits regulations (and therefore stays in your library) is really the only decision that makes sense for the business.
