  • Update to PT masks is causing major issues

@bruce @[deleted] @justsomedude101 Hi Bruce, unfortunately the updates to PT masks that have already been done and worked perfectly are now being broken and not working at all, also when trying to open these scenes is causing major performance issues with the headset (Quest 2) performance and i have had 3 hard crashes within an hour.

I would put it on hold if i were you as it is breaking what worked perfectly !

I could send you a list of some of the scenes that are now broken.

These scenes were perfect, but now the mask doesn't work and is worse than i thought there are loads of scenes with this issue and i you really need to stop the process as all the hard work is going to waste !

Somebody at SLR needs to take a look at this ASAP.

    Silly-Sausage I was quickly checking out both scenes you mentioned and the issue I had was that there were no masks at all and the scenes just played normally. Apart from that, I am having spinning dots and server issues all over the place (incl. playlists not loading at all) and this was already the case yesterday. Just a guess, but maybe it's not the new masks as such but DeoVR freezing while these server issues occur.

        Checking what could be the issue.
        Regenerated 3,000 videos and created 200 new ones.
        Put generation of new ones on hold until we figure it out

          Silly-Sausage do you think it's a mask issue or just latency so video doesn't match with a mask?
          we can offset it like sex toy scripts.

            That could also be the issue, but i'm only having issues on the first batch of AI PT scenes, which for me points to an issue of some sort of error when re-masking previously done masks.

            Only guessing though 🙂

                I am not able to assign scenes to batches but indeed, I had checked out a third scene and that one still had the AI PT mask. So you might be on the right track.

                  8 hours later, the spinning dots and server issues are gone for me, but the AI PT masks are still missing. Seems to be the same for all newly added older videos that received the treatment since yesterday.

                  I noticed that when AI PT is on for these videos, the area around the video that normally would be black is PT but not the video itself.

                  I am on Q3 (v66).

                  Metamucil ahh, will check it out. Didn't have any issues with the new passthrough vids I watched though (the ones with the improved algorithm that has holes between the body and hands). Maybe I was just lucky

                    Its a part of known issue that has been fixed. You'll get PT for this and other scenes pretty soon. Mass generation resumed.

                      I've noticed that no new videos at all have come out in the last few days? Is this really fixed?
