    adinihsan, can you let me know the latest iOS version you're using on your phone as well as the phone model? I just tried it on iOS 17.5 and it works without any issues:

        How do you post a picture?

        After pressing play the player shows grey and doesn't respond
        -both pause and play are shown overlapped
        -sound muted and on are shown overlapped
        -two dots are on the timeline near the middle

            To create a screenshot, simply click on the Add an image file when typing a message and insert a link that will lead directly to the picture. You can use any image sharing host (example, https://imgbb.com/).

                adinihsan Hm, this is definitely odd as the video needs to go into full screen mode when playing. Did you maybe tried to restart your phone and see if the issue happens again? If the issue is still there, can you please open a support request so the team can check this?

                    adinihsan check if your phone browser is in desktop mode, if yes - disable it and see if it helps
