Launch sex toy not working with SLR on my Pico 4 via Deo VR.

Using:
Haptics (latest version v 2.1.0 (build-40) on Android device, with
DeoVR (latest version 13.18.1591), on
Pico 4 (latest firmware 5.9.2)

Launch will sync with video when viewing movie on Haptics on phone only.
DeoVR does seem to recognize that i am connected via haptics, but Launch is not operating when video is played via DeoVR on the Pico 4 headset.

Can you please advise?
Ive tried updating all firmware / apps and re-installing also, but no difference.

Did you click the 'connect to HC app' button in your SLR profile at SLR on your phone?

Do you see the 'player' tab in haptics connect app?

Did you toggle ON the 'connect to Haptics connect app' option in deovr settings?

Yes I can see 'player' tab in haptics connect app, and this will work with the Launch toy, but i need it to work via the VR headset (and it doesnt)

Yes i toggled ON the 'connect to Haptics connect app' option in the deovr setting.

When logged in, in both DeoVR (on headset) and Haptics (on phone), I am getting the green light indicating it is connected, but the toy only responds to videos player in haptics on phone but not to videos played via DeoVr on the Headset.

any other advice?

Its definitely there, it just has moved and you need to swipe to the right to find it (make sure you are logged in the same account in haptics connect app as well as DeoVR):

i found that now. so simple in the end. I did not realize there were other menu's off to the side that i need to scroll across to find. 🙂
