I tried to watch a SLR video yesterday on my Oculus Go and the DeoVR app wouldn't load at all. On searching the internet I am seeing other comments from people saying the same too.

Why can you not offer support to the Oculus Go? Yes, I know it is old but it works perfectly well. And until the Oculus 3 Lite comes out in October there is no like-for-like replacement on the bottom of the scale.

I am going to upgrade to the Oculus 3 Lite at Christmas. And I suspect many other Oculus Go users are too. Would it not be better customer service to offer support for the Go until the 3 Lite comes out in 6 months time?

To say again the direct replacement of the Oculus Go is going to be the Oculus 3 Lite which does not come out till October. The Deovr app worked a few days ago. Something has been done this week to break it.

    As Hairsational mentioned above - it's surprising the app even continued to work on your GO for as long as it did, since GO support was dropped years ago (believe it was around 2021).

    The app is only updated for and intended to be used by supported devices, so unfortunately there is nothing we are able to do for the Oculus GO.
