Can you tell what kind of tech are you using for 6dof dev, and how far are you to post some stuff using it ?

All the tech is great, but is SLR a tech company or a VR production company? Because nowhere on your list do you mention investing in directors and quality SLRO content creators, which seems to be the one thing that is slipping more and more with each passing month as directors leave and SLROs slow to a crawl. All these tech deployments make me wonder if the SLR model is becoming one that relies on outside studios to bring in actual content.

    Check out the Backstage Pass thread if you haven't already - lot of details there on our plans for SLRO, both in terms of increasing quantity and quality.

    tl;dr - our new AR/PT studio in the EU is up & running, with release frequency expected to increase in May. We've also had "pilot" shoots with several producers over the past 2 or so weeks (in the EU and in Florida) since we're actively looking for more quality creators both here in the US and in the EU.

        rsd3c Shouldn't you guys look to have a west coast US producer too? I thought that's where most stars live

        Also in progress. Just not far enough into the process afaik to have pilot shoots scheduled, so didn't mention it. But believe this is also actively in the works.

            First off, yes, you guys are ROCKING IT! The new AI scripts continue to get better. I even started liking PT since I grabbed a Q3.

            6DOF should be insane!

            But

            It's frustrating to read downloading won't be getting the attention it has in the past.

            There are multiple reasons for people to download: movies disappearing from the site and leaving us with orphaned scripts, weak internet speeds when out and about, the need to download movies so we can adjust/tweak scripts (I can't imagine trying to clean up a script while either, or both products are streaming). Though, the latter could be solved if there were always a low-bitrate version for us to DL and plug into OFS.

            I would continue to invest in the downloading features, specifically in protecting the content. There has to be a workable solution that all parties can agree on. Since I only DL the truly great vids in case they get dropped or when I want to mess with the current script, I would even pay a small DL fee after the base limit is exceeded (similar to the script DLs and fees that you can hand off to the publishers). Just don't follow NaughtyAmerica's model. I cancelled my sub with them since they made their scripts annoying as hell to use.

            That all said, this is the best service there is. Nothing on the market comes close. But it's because you pack the site with every feature we want and then some.

            Pirates will always find ways to pirate, but there are plenty of us that will pay to keep this particular site and service alive and well.

              Are you asking what performers Nash has shot? Check out this thread - will be the US performers with pics posted (except for Kira Perez). A few others that haven't yet been announced yet as well.
