Since about a month ago, I have been unable to watch most custom scripts. AI scripts upload to the Handy just fine. Anytime I play a video and select a Realcumber or other custom script, I just get a message "Handy Fail". Not ALL custom scripts fail, but most do, and again, I have no issues with AI scripts. Also, SLR is the only place that I'm having this issue.

I have the most up to date Handy firmware.

Any help is appreciated. Custom scripts are the best scripts and I'd like to get back to enjoying them on SLR.

    It would be of great help if you could answer these questions:

    • Did this happen after a recent DeoVR update? (can you confirm your DeoVR version?)

    • Does this issue also occur when connected through web browser viewing on desktop? (nonVR)

    • Does the script heatmap in DeoVR change when a craft/Realcumber script is selected after switching from an AI script?

    • Craft scripts should be selected by default when loading a sex toy scene - Are you saying you need to switch from AI to a craft script every time you load a scene that has both craft and AI script released for it?

    • Is there a more specific error message provided and does this issue happen consistently on the same scripted scenes?

        1. I am not using DeoVR, I only watch on desktop through Chrome. I do not have a VR headset.
        2. There is no heatmap for a craft script. It will say 'Handy Uploading' for 1 second and then immediately shows 'Handy Fail' in red.
        3. I'm watching through Chrome, so I'm not sure if the craft script is loaded by default in DeoVR, but it definitely doesn't load by default in Chrome. You always have to click the gear cog and select your script.
        4. No error message besides 'Handy Fail' and yes, it happens on the same scenes.

          CaptainPlanet Hey really sorry for the delay in getting back - I forwarded this thread and your response to the team the same day you reported it, though unfortunately I did not get a response back on anyone being able to replicate the issue or a potential fix

          I want to try to still assist if I can - Can you try one more thing if you dont mind?

          • Try playing a scene that has no AI script (only craft script) - does the same error occur?
          • Try playing a scene that has no craft script (only AI script) - does the same errror occur?
          • Do any multi - script scenes or any scenes work normally?
          • Can you link any scenes specifically that have the 'handy fail' issue you are having so that we can test and try to replicate the issue?

            Just got back from testing myself - I cant seem to replicate your issue as both scenes work without issue and exactly as intended on my end

            Here are some screenshots of the script uploading without issue when I choose 'realcumber' craft script with the Handy:
            I tested the scripts to ensure the matching scripts were playing back correctly as well and they were, so far on my end

            Your issue is odd because AI scripts seem to work without issue for you

            The only thing I can think of is if you have maybe an atypical Chome browser version (try a fresh reinstall of chrome browser), or maybe your Handy key is not being entered correctly or matching therefore not connecting properly

            Can you try possibly changing your Handy key, and copy and pasting that handy key in your profile page, and try choosing craft scripts and playing the scene again, which hopefully may help?
