First of all, I will never understand why SLR decommissioned a perfectly fine app like the SLR app and forced us all over to a buggy and crash prone app like DeoVR. But anyway, the centering issue hasn't been fixed on DeoVR and it will not center correctly if I'm laying on my side. The SLR app was perfect, but now I'm having so many problems. I'm using the Quest 2. Is anyone having this problem on the Quest 3? I can't view any of my content currently, and I'm willing to just buy a whole new headset if that will fix it. I don't work in tech and Heresphere is too complicated and other apps I've used do not have enough functionality. I'm stuck.

Hey there, you initially created a support request #44549 and we asked for some screenshots/video recordings showing this but we never received your reply. If doable, can you please share some of them and open a new support request so the support team can pick this up and check with the dev team? Thanks!

Hey , yep same here , no problem until it updated and now my re-centering is all over the place

Hi. I had been traveling over the last week and so I just got back and I'm able to try again. A screenshot does nothing because it can't show what is happening from my POV. When you say "video recording", do you mean using a screen recorder while I'm in VR?

The problem exists even on the main screen before a video loads. If you are sitting up, you don't notice it. You can turn your head and push "re-center" and the screen moves to line up with your head on the X-axis or Y-axis. What it doesn't do is follow your head if you tilt your head or you're laying on your side. It's like the "re-centering" function only works on the X and Y axis now, and it doesn't rotate anymore. It used to rotate to match whatever angle you're viewing from.

I also have noticed this issue. It’s random though and doesn’t happen each time.

Thx guys. It's top priority to get it fixed 👍
