I've been using SLR over DeoVR because SLR just performs better and is faster. Ever since SLR app no longer works, I've been forced to use DeoVR and it's such an inferior version of SLR for whatever reason. It stutters even in lower resolution, and even downloaded videos get pixelated or show artifacts.
I'm using VirtualDesktopStreamer with a PC that has i9 9900k and RTX 3090 so it shouldn't be my PC that's the issue. I never had this issue with old builds of SLR.
Now I can't watch 3D content without it stuttering or showing artifacts. Only non-3D videos are watchable.
What's wrong with DeoVR? Why can't it replicate the performance of old SLR builds from over a year ago?

I managed to figure out the problem.
If you disable in the "SteamVR" Settings in the "OpenXR" tab the "OPENXR API LAYERS" the performance and picture quality is good again.
The only problem ist, that the controllers are not correctly detectect, now DeoVR shows that "Windows Mixed Reality Controllers" are connected. Only a couple of inputs work that way.
Maybe someone can figure out how to enable the Quest controllers without an active OpenXR Api Layer.
