FrankCross Hey, not sure why it errored out, it's not supposed to work like that, so I would suggest trying to create a ticket in incognito mode and when you're not logged in. As I mentioned before, if you're having issues with the SLR app, we are unable to provide support for it as this one was deprecated a long time ago, but if you're having issues with the DeoVR app when watching the SLR content, we're more than happy to help you out!
