  • Annual upgrade offer - can't pay

Has anyone managed to actually take up the current annual upgrade offer? I was definitely interested but Verotel has declined every card I've tried, including a new Revolut virtual card that I created specifically for the purpose . I've checked with my bank and CC company and they are not declining it, there are plenty of funds, there's no authorisation issues (3D-secure was done properly) or suspected fraud on their side. It's definitely Verotel declining the payment. Were I of a suspicious mind I would suspect that they aren't approving any transactions at all maybe because some limit of upgrades has already been reached... but I'm not that suspicious. I just want to pay.

Anyone able to help? Also, why is the upgrade being processed through Verotel when my regular sub goes via Epoch?

    Hey BungaBunga, could you please create a support ticket following this link so we can check your account and see what's happening?

    Additionally, would you be able to try any other processor when upgrading (TrustPay, SegPay)?

      VelvetEcho I can't try any other processor because the upgrade link takes me directly to Verotel... have created a ticket anyway.
