Premium Download option

Hello!

I was wondering why I cannot download videos. I have Premium membership, is it because of the Free month that I get the following messege when trying to download?

"Access full length videos with SLR app or DeoVR
Upgrade to full plan to unlock downloads and web streaming."

akali Exactly this, with trial you only have access to streaming

Philip its a bit unclear on how to upgrade it to get actual premium so I get access to the download function.

Billing can't make it work. It's all prepared on our end. Waiting for them to get it work
