MatoSLR Not sure if those AI PT masks were re-generated already after a week, but if they were then there are still the same issues in all of the scenes.

I checked your last request and I can see all mask were re-generated. Can you please explain what kind of issue they have?
bruce The issue always seems to be that video and mask are not in sync or the mask belongs to a different video. This happens all the time for certain smaller studios, incl. PurityVR, Virtual Papi, AsianSexVR.

- I download it
- I watch it directly in the DEOVR download folders.
I click on the passtrhought icon. I activate: nothing happens. Then I click on "chromekey" and validate it. And then everything disappears! Even the pornstars. What do I have to do to make the passthrought work?

However I am having an issue, whenever I request (AI PT) for it, it just never gets processed. I currently do not have any tokens, but in February I tried to get PT for this one but it just never worked out. May I know why? Is the resolution too low?
