doublevr The first error says “Unavailable for this video”

The second says “Height and Width should be less than 4096 for h264 codec”

I requested PT in the web browser, I don’t see an option within DEOVR. Appreciate the quick response 👍🏼

H264 videos over 4096 pixels can't be processed for AI services. Upload h265 or lower resolution.

Thinking is we want to transcode them to 4k. H264 makes makes no sense these days

doublevr Gotcha, thanks. This all I could find. Not everyone is so technically savvy.

Maybe I could get my credits back? 😁

doublevr I see your point HOWEVER I think a lot of people would want to use this service to breathe life into older VR Porn videos which will be in a variety of formats both based on age and the device in use when the video was acquired. More flexibility here would be appreciated.

Once I generate AI passthrough, the file is no longer recognized in DeoVR as a VR video. It gets treated like a 3D video instead. Tested with Firefox (had to manually enter the video setting first) and with Edge (video settings automatically detected). Same result once AI passthrough is generated. Is this a known issue?

Bobjeff1 for time being it's better to proceed with h265 uploads. Because of holidays and overwhelming tasks things might take longer on our end

Ai passthrough option not there for mobile, Android+Chrome. Is it normal?

rftd1995 @doublevr @Kieshi Looking for an update to referenced issue linked above. Will the video be reprocessed? If so, when? If not, can I get my credit back? Thanks!

Then you should edit your latest blog post on the matter, wich is misleading.
              Heres a quote:
"Every suitable scene on SLR has a haptic sex toy script and AI passthrough option, which you can use anywhere via your phone. "

doublevr if I delete the videos that aren't working, will I get that storage space back? Or should I just wait for you guys start accepting that type of video file? I honestly don't know too much about that stuff so I don't even realize what format the video is. It doesn't say it on the video info. It pretty much just says the storage space and quality.
