Well, this has been a roller coaster.
Though it may not have seemed like it at the time, it appears that @doublevr and the SLR team kept an open mind through this entire process. They didn't rush to judgment and were willing to consider evidence. Commendable.

It's the first time we have got ourselves in situation like this and it was all new. The only thing I'd wish looking backwards is to have more respectful communication between opposing sides.
Agressive folks was the major thing that triggered my resistance as it seemed like some just want to propell it.
doublevr I totally agree. I made my comment in a respectful way and was able to voice my objection without personal attacks. I believe this is how things should be done. I understand why you doubled down, and yes it did get tense, but you have considered the arguments and made the right decision. I certainly applaud this and also the fact you did not make a knee jerk reaction is commendable. I hope we can now all get back to enjoying the positives here.

doublevr I appreciate the prompt decision in this matter and will consider re-subscribing in the future. However, I'm curious what steps are being taken to ensure this doesn't happen again, or if it were to happen to a channel already on the platform? I understand this puts SLR into a policing position, but I don't want to consume content created unethically, nor if any performer is doing something against their will.
Again, I appreciate the decisive action by SLR. Just want to make sure something like this cannot happen again. Consent is sexy.
Runfastdie the events that stirred up this pot happened in 2019. It was the fact that Jimmy was being re-platformed after all the controversy from those reports that caused such a strong reaction from customers and female talent alike. See this post from Alex Coal.
I’m not a close follower of the industry, but JimmyGate was the main thing I can remember like this. I sorta recall Jay Rock as well years ago. But I think it’s pretty controlled on sets in general these days.
Wankz reformed with rules about consumption on set, ensuring a safety representative oversees shoots, etc.

vrpicasso I agree with this statement. I don't know if Lacy would be a good director or not but she is one of the best actors in VR so it seems like she knows what we are looking for.
@doublevr is would be awesome if this whole thing turned into finding a great director. The scene Breakfast is Bed is said to be directed by Leana Lovings. I know it doesn't have the biggest numbers but I personally loved how it was made. It was a little different than other scenes, in a good way.

Which definitely sounds like she would have liked to direct. Why not offer a shot now? She's been in a lot of VR scenes and has experience and probably knows it limitations.
rustynailinabucket9 missed that part. We just made a call like a week ago. Too early to blame us on anything. But I'm definitely going to figure it out
Rustam1990 she doesn’t perform in boy/girl scenes anymore so I don’t think she’ll be starring in many scenes. Not sure what level of experience she has in directing.
