Onyx+ will not work with my Quest 2

Hi,

This is driving me mad, I know the Onyx+ works, it will pair with Haptics Connect, it will play the haptics from SLR videos via Chrome. As soon I as I connect it to the Quest 2 in the DeoVR app, it does nothing. The haptics have a green light when the Onyx+ is selected but it does nothing.

I've followed the guide, I made sure all the toggles I need are on. (Except the handy toggle) I noticed it will give a red connection error when trying to connect to BT initially but if I stop it and reconnect it will connect without an error.

Also not sure if this is relevant as it's not required to connect directly to the Q2 anymore but, it will not connect to the main BT of the Quest 2, at all, first pairing it seems like it's connected but it's not, trying to disconnect it will stay connected, once I reboot the Q2 it won't even connect again.

Any idea on what to do? Faulty toy?

Kattaphract - Its possible that Onyx+ direct BT support through DeoVR may have a bug but this is the first report we've heard of this issue for the Onyx+

Can you try this method and see if it works?:

Restart headset and restart Onyx+ device
Now first try Pairing the Onyx+ directly with your headset's Bluetooth.

To do that -> Go to your headset's Bluetooth settings and scan for new devices.
Select your Onyx+ from the list and pair it with your headset.

Now go to DeoVR settings and try scanning and connecting your Onyx+ again
