Where are the forum "Community Guidelines" posted?

There seems to be an increase in personal attacks within the forum that contributes nothing to the conversations. I'm trying to determine if SLR Forums has rules that forbid this and/or related "unfriendly" behavior.

I think it's not as much about rules, but toxic personalities.
