Unable to remove tags from Ignored list

I added "no male" to ignored tags some time ago, and just now realised that I'm missing out on some great content. Unfortunately when i go to my account via slr website and try undoing it, nothing happens. I tried doing it through account options and directly in the tags, it just doesn't update my preferences. Am i doing something wrong?

I did try and follow the steps you listed for the tag "no male" as well as some other random ones and the preferences for the tags did update on my end.

Same here. Tried different browsers, nothing works, the preferences aren't updated.
