  • HC Connect iOS no fullscreen mode

Hello long term user here I see a problem developing here.
I have to way of using your product.

1/At home in VR with Q3+Deo VR+HC (iOS) and the lovense gush
2/ While on business trips using flat videos directly through HC

The gush is my toy of choice because it’s portable, convenient and discrete while passing security at the airport. In top of that I got freaking great pleasure out of it.

But I can’t get fullscreen mode under HC (iOS version iPad or iPhone) lately it became barely usable anymore because even the little fullscreen toggle inside the video disappeared I’m now watching a very very small picture and find it not really acceptable for the money anymore.

Maybe I’m missing something ?

I understand that you want to discontinue HC in the future but how can I use your product and the gush on iOS device watching flat content ?

    As mentioned in the other thread where you have posted: we are looking into the problem with full screen and I will check with the team about Gush connection and get back to you.

      Hey naughtysteph, like Kieshi mentioned, this is a known issue for the HC app on iOS devices and it's currently being investigated by the team, as for the Gush connection though, I will delete the other thread Direct Bluetooth with lovense you opened since this will be addressed here.

            naughtysteph Yes, you are correct, but as I previously mentioned, Kieshi picked this up and we will let you know once this is investigated. 🙏

                Hello do you have any update on these issues
                No fullscreen mode on HC iOS
                Gush problems on direct Bluetooth via deovr (poor script playback)
                These have been long standing issues now

                  naughtysteph Hey, we have released a new HapticsConnect version (more information can be found here) so can you please confirm if you updated it to the latest version?

                  As for the fullscreen issue, the team is still working on a fix and it should be implemented with the next update. The same goes for the Gush issues, I can confirm that the team has an open task and that they are working on it but I don't have an exact ETA on when this will be addressed and resolved.

                  I know that this is a big ask, but I will still have to ask for some additional patience until the teams address and resolve these issues. It would also be super helpful to open up a support request so we can do a follow-up once these issues are fully resolved.

                    Hello we need an update about this issue please implement fullscreen mode for iPads and iPhones in haptics that is the only way to enjoy the scripts with iOS devices
