Heresphere crashing / not working?

I have Quest 3 and purchased Heresphere back in November for $30 through the Meta store App Lab and no issues till 4 or 5 days ago and now when I go to open it up it starts like it wants to load with a black screen but then just goes back to Quest home screen every time. I've seen a couple other people mention the same issue but no resolve, and I have read on these forums that a lot of people use it so wondering if others are experiencing the same issue and know of a fix, or if not, if it's possible to get my money back somehow as it's kind of shitty to pay for it and not be able to use it.

I’d suggest going to the Heresphere website and use their Discord link, the developer is typically reachable there. SLR does not support Heresphere.

Thanks, I checked their forum but didn't see anything there about it, and not registered there and doesn't seem to active so figured I'd see if anyone else here was having issues, but I'll take a look and see if there is an email or something for direct contact, or register if i have to

Thanks, the unistall and reinstall worked. I found an email to contact Heresphere support as well and they got back to me fairly quick and offered a couple solutions with one being reinstall as well. Only brought it up here case others were having the same issue as from reading the forums seems like a lot of people use it and in case they encounter the same problem.
