ssj3vegett0 Too bad to hear. You could try some other DLNA servers, like the one baked into windows. Each server will get their own entry into DLNA so they wont conflict. And then there are some others you can find on google.
Enable WebXR on Apple Vision Pro to watch SexLikeReal
tried 3 so far. Plex, serviio, an moonplayer came out with its own called moonlink
NONE will work for me, nothing populates in the moonplayer media server column where i like to see my VR files from pc to display in avp via moonplayer. everything is on the same wifi network , pc or avp work fine by themselves on wifi, but i cant get them to see one another.
ssj3vegett0 Well if you're up to it, you could try to get a windows file share going. I got it working now. But it's an even more difficult process. If you want to try, I recommend to try to set it up and then first try from another PC if it works. And if so, then try to set it up on your AVP.
Kieshi Any updates on progress for video conversions? I know you said anything above 42998 (although I'm certain I found a couple above that didn't work, at least not at resolutions higher than 1920).
What's the process for earlier videos? Are you starting at the lowest numbers and going up, or working down from 42998?
@Kieshi Also would love to hear how you guys are doing regarding fixing the quality issue's, thanks!
mrdiscreet918 hey, could you please let ne know which video ID you tried and it did not work with higher res?
Conversion is in progress, but as I mentioned before it will take time due to the amount of videos and their size.
harigeharry hi, team is looking into possible improvements and we are keeping eye on the Apple updates, which would immensely help us with development.
As of now, I unfortunately don't have any specific news, but I will get back to you as soon as I have some
Kieshi 43030 doesn’t work at all. i’ll add more as i find them.
Kieshi Ok thanks for the update my friend. Hopefully Apple will release some useful updates.
I still find this broken in so many ways. It’s like yeah we got higher resolution but all the same bugs and issues remain:
1 you can’t play without muting the volume
2 the controls you need such as settings and the XR mode buttons are on the bottom right of the screen right where the resize app hot zone is so actually selecting them is near impossible
3 the color space is still wrong
Kieshi 43030 works now!
I did find this one doesn't work: https://www.sexlikereal.com/scenes/alice-otsu-having-sex-with-a-voluptuous-soapland-queen-on-her-danger-day-43194
Bro no way, is this true?
Vrsumo2017 that's indeed not true.
@Kieshi can we please get an update on an app for Apple Vision Pro? Is it close to ready? If so how close?
Curious about thoughts on this. I don’t have an answer but after jumping through the hoops to get a video playing once I start doing my business the ui keeps popping in and out
Jjhooke69 DeoVR originally said "We estimate the DeoVR app will be coming to the Vision Pro app store in March 2024" but the latest from them is "A fully functional DeoVR app is expected to be available on the Apple Vision Pro in May 2024".
Does anyone else have the problem where videos just refuse to play no matter what you do? not the mute problem that’s different.
Hairsational Yeah let's hope they can get it going. The AVP is just such a good headset, it really needs DeoVR
Hi fellow AVP users!!
I haven't been following the progress (or lack of progress) here in a while. I've really just been so busy fapping with my AVP. Currently I still think Moon Player is the best player. FYI devs, personally, I will never be interested in using Safari for streaming anything. I think the efforts to make the so-called hub work are misguided. I have a massive NAS server with a good (but nothing spectacular) home network, and I download the "original" highest bit rate version of each SLR video to my NAS server. I can then stream these to the AVP from the NAS using the SMB protocol.
With Moon Player, you need to first use the built-in Files app to establish a connection to your server. The URL is like this
smb://<my-server-ip>/
where <my-server-ip> is the internal IP address of your NAS server. You can also use the short computer network name if you append ".local" to the network name. The IP address is typically more reliable. Once the Files app has the connection, you can then open Moon Player and locate the network share in the expected location in the left hand panel.
A note about the server connections created in the Files app on the AVP. I'm seeing a bug where after any VisionOS update, my connections stop working. I've been able to get them working again without too much hassle just by restarting the AVP.
Okay, so recently the Play'a app got a working version for AVP (it's a free install). It's not great, and I'm still using the Moon Player. There's many flaws that will have to be fixed for me to use Play'a over the solution described above. For one thing, the vrbangers.com site address is blocked in the Play'a app, ikr? But vrconk.com and other swearl sites that use Play'a are working, sort of. You cannot currently stream 8K without constant buffering. It seems to me that the Play'a devs have ported their home rolled net code and it buffers constantly.
Play'a even buffers if you are streaming a file from your local NAS server. Since I have Moon Player, I know that streaming from my NAS should work fine. It's definitely a defect in the Play'a app. The best you can do right now with Play'a is play back files that you've copied or downloaded to the AVP. Even in this respect, I prefer the Moon Player. The Play'a app can only access it's own internal app folder, whereas the Moon Player can access the common Downloads folder. Thus, in order to play back a file I've copied to the AVP myself, I have to copy the files into the special Play'a app folder. It's not the end of the world, but it's another thing you have to know and understand about Play'a.
TLDR; fuck all this shit, download the big-ass "original" files, and fap yourself silly using Moon Player.
