  • Categories and hundreds of videos missing on VR device, visible on web

Hi, I signed up for yearly subcription. I see there are quite a lot of categories to choose from, among which "Trans" (more than 600 videos) is cleary available on web app. However it is not there on Quest 3. There is only one video available on the device. Even if I mark video as "favorite" on web, I cannot see it on my VR device.

Please advice what to do? So far it makes not sense to have subscription as I cannot see my categories. If there is ongoing issue, I will ask for my money refund.

    SchnuppiLilac i'm searching for trans and it shows 0 results. Am I missing something? Why should it be missing? Can you switch between "straight" and "trans/gay" content somehow?

      zoran123456 While you type in the search term suggestions should appear and then you need to click on 'Transgender' under niches. Don't type Trans and hit Enter.

      Edit: In case you are using the Quest browser, this might not work. Try DeoVR instead.

        SchnuppiLilac thank you, opening the website through that "deovr" application seems to have fixed the problem.
        It would be nice if there was a warning or similar on the website so that users are not worried if they are being scammed or not.
