Black screen when in private show.

I click the private show, she accepts and suddenty the screen goes off. I do hear her. I image this is a bug. I lost the tokens. What can I do?

Support can work with Dreamcam to review whether it was an issue on their side or not/etc.

Hey luis1998, this is currently investigated by the developers as several other users reported the same issue, however, there is a workaround for this until this is fixed:

open any video in the DeoVR app (PT or non-PT)
close the video
enter the CAM section and initiate a model broadcast
initiate a PRIVATE convo

We will let you know once the issue is fixed!
