Hi,

Yesterday I used Hapticsconnect for the first time, however when the video is playing through the Hapticsconnect browser, it is lagging a lot. Changing resolution is not helping at all, and it also lags without any Bluetooth devices connected. Watching the videos on just the chrome browser seems to be fine though.

Internet and WiFi signal are good (+400mbps), and I am on a flagship Samsung phone with Android 14. What can be the issue?

    silverjetya Hey, did you maybe manage to check if the same thing happens when using a different browser rather than a HapticsConnect one?

        [deleted] hey, thanks for your reply! Using any other Android browser seems to be fine. I tested with Chrome and Firefox on android. The issue only arises with HapticsConnect's one.

            silverjetya Tnx for that info. Can you also send us the model of your phone as well as the exact Android version so I can pass this on to the developers to test?

                silverjetya Thanks for that! Yesterday a new update for the HapticsConnect app was released so can you confirm if you still experience this issue?

                    [deleted] sadly nothing changed so far - also on my end I see the latest update was on Dec 27th (on Google Play).

                        [deleted] checking back after some days, the app still shows Dec 27 as last update available on my Google Play page. Is the version compatible with Android 14?

                            silverjetya Hey, it is compatible. I think this is the issue depending on the region where your account is registered, as some of them don't show the app update immediately. I suggest checking back by the end of the week again and if it does not show, I'll check with the team if everything is okay but the latest version is definitely present in the PlayStore.

                                [deleted] heyo, sadly nothing has changed so far.. the latest version available on my Play store is of Dec 27th and I can't use my subscription...
