Oculus Go vs Oculus Quest which is best ?

I have a Oculus Go and was thinking of upgrading and buying a Oculus Quest, can anyone tell me if there is a big difference in resolution and is the battery life as bad as the Go, also do you need to use the two controllers on the Quest? Hope to get good advice as I dont want to waste money .

The resolution is about 25% better on the Quest. The Oculus Go comes with one controller and the battery life as about the same on both headsets.
The Quest is a superior device and is definately a good upgrade, but it is more expensive.
