  • App 13.13 released (BT connection w/o HC app, AI scripts filter)

Hello people!

DeoVR app has been updated to version 13.13

New features:

  • Enabled Bluetooth haptics connection without HapticsConnect!
  • VR Cams now support streaming up to 6K resolution!
  • There is now a filter for AI Scripts.

Improvements:

  • Videos will now pause automatically when headset is removed.
  • Android users: Interactive Folder will no longer require fresh restart after granting file access permissions.

Bugfixes:

  • An issue causing the controller to vibrate when moving the player interface has been fixed.
  • Several bugs causing the app to freeze have been fixed.
  • A bug causing incorrect playlists to load has been fixed.
  • Screenshots now work on PICO 4.
  • An issue with the next/previous buttons in solo tags mode has been resolved.

When updating, Japanese characters become garbled. Is there a solution?

        I was using the DeoVR app to view videos saved on my PC using DLNA.
        Before the update, Japanese files were written in Japanese without any problems.
        However, after the update, files with Japanese names are written like "□□□□".
        I would like to know if this is a problem due to an update or if the file name saved on my PC is the problem.

          taishi if you open a video link, you will see a number in the end of the link, it is normally 5 numbers long, this is video ID 🙂
          I have already created a bug report for this issue, so the team will have a look at it

              I tried but didnt found out how to connect keon without hc app , maybe some instructions ? I have the latest build 12988900

                wafa Sure! You should go to settings and see Haptics tab, there will be BT connection line on the button, can you find it?
                You need to have your haptics device on BT mode and then hit "scan" in the app, it should connect.

                  If I don’t need haptics connect does that mean I can just turn on my Keon no automatically connect to my headset?? If not what do those steps look like

                    Hi! I'm using a Oculus Rift. Since the last update of the app the <OK> button of the remote does not work within the app.

                      Whocares1706 you need to stitch on the BT mode on Keon and then go to Settings - Haptics
                      There will be a button to enable BT connection and scanning

                              I'm sorry for misleading you.
                              I think there is no video ID because such a phenomenon occurs with videos saved on my PC using DLNA.

                              Also, I have KEON and PowerBlow connected at the same time.
                              If so, I think funscript is not working properly. This is KEON's movement. (The stroke width is smaller)

                              When I connect KEON to DEOplayer's Bluetooth and connect PowerBlow to DEOplayer via Haptics Connect App, it seems to work without any problems.
