  • Considering buying lifetime but download limits changing?

I am considering buying lifetime but there is no guarantee the number of downloads allowed every 6 days will not be reduced (even more than they have already).

Anyone else in a similar situation?

Will SLR ever offer a guarantee of sorts?

    No guarantee, the new (current) reduction won't be applied to existing accounts.

    However, the limits have been reduced for everyone 3-4 times in the past, and might happen again.
    SLR is the only one in the industry who calls users 'data hoarders' and whatnot for simply using the service they paid for, kind of extraordinary.

    If more downloads will be added, it will be optional for extra $$$

      adinihsan The annoying thing is I can go weeks without downloading, so if they reduce the limits to something silly like 10 per 6 days i'll be screwed when I decide to download

        You would be wise to take any guarantee with a grain of salt given what was said the last time the limits were reduced:


        The limits could easily change again in the future as more new users join.
