I just upgraded to premium annual membership and I have a monthly renewal on scripts. By my count I should have 15 entries in the promo (10for the annual membership and 5 for the monthly scripts) but my account says I only have 10. Can this be fixed please?

    Been 3 days since original post and 15 hours left of the promo. Can this be fixed??
