Cotton ok 2 questions. when i go to upgrade my sub to lifetime it comes up with epoch and asks for security code for the card on file. That's and old card and I don't go through epoch now. It doesn't let me choose another card or billing company. I jut recently purchased an annual sub. Would I be getting a credit or or refund prorated for that purchase, it's only about a week into the annual.
