Hey Niteflyte , if you have connectivity issues, I suggest performing a Speed test both from our website as well from the Speedtest.net, create a support request and provide the screenshots from those tests so we can check what is happening. Thanks!

[deleted] Thanks. I will try speed test on the SLR site next time, but I DID do regular speed test and was over 300mbs. The freezing is rare, but last time it went on for almost a week. As you say tho, could be on my end. Life in the Modern world has so many technical issues to consider...
